The role
The purpose of this role is to support the coordination of customer facing projects within the Customer Success team.
You will be working closely with Head of Customer Success and the Project Manager to organize and manage customer supplier data and internal processes to successfully deliver onboarding and engagement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Work with Customer Success management to prioritize business and information needs
- Support the Project Manager on outlining a projects objective clearly and organizing all project-related documents
- Analyze customer data prior to the project start date and escalate any concerns that could impact a project
- Support the Customer Success Project Manager by generating and maintaining all customer reports
- Work with other departments on strategies to grow our supplier membership numbers
- Evaluate internal systems for efficiency as well as developing and maintaining protocols for handling and processing data
- Work directly with management to make team admin process improvements which will help build valuable relationships
- Act as a conduit between Customer Success and Relationship Management on day-to-day tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ability to effectively analyse and manage data – good attention to detail
- Ability to create and generate reports using Salesforce
- Creative and proactive about coming up with new ideas and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and understand CRM systems and Project Management tools
- Team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage own time efficiently
- Analytical and multitasking skills
