We know that interviews can be tense, so at Sedex, we aim to turn them into a quick, insightful and enriching experience for everyone involved. If your profile is selected, our Talent Team will guide you along the way.

How we’ll get to know you

  • Screening call

    Our Talent Team will look to learn more about your experience, motivations and fit to the role.

  • First interview

    A video call to discuss examples of your experience in much more detail and to answer all your questions.

  • Second interview

    Either in person or video, where often you will asked to prepare a role play, task or case study.

Before your interview

Preparing for an interview is key and increases your chances of success.  We encourage you to learn the essential information about Sedex but we won't expect you to have an in-depth knowledge of our tools and services.
