The role
Sedex is looking for a skilled and strategic B2B marketer to join our team as Demand Generation Manager, North America. This role will help us grow among enterprise companies. In this critical job, you’ll have the chance to join a fun, fast paced campaign team, working closely with our wider Marketing and Sales teams to create engaging programmes that drive and capture demand and generate pipeline from our target accounts. This role is essential as we grow our reach and influence in the environmental, partnerships, compliance, and reporting sectors. These sectors are key to our strategic growth, as this role will be.

SALARY RANGE: 100-115k USD
Key responsibilities
• Engage with Sales, Marketing and Operations leaders to align on priorities and develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Enterprise segments.
• Create detailed marketing plans that match your business goals and target audiences.
• Orchestrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that effectively engage target upmarket accounts and personas, guiding them through the buyer’s journey.
• Manage the entire campaign process across different channels, including online, social media, email, webinars, events, and direct mail. Make sure each initiative fits with our goals of growing in important areas.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on performance data to ensure maximum impact and alignment with Sedex's growth strategies.
• Work with different departments to create a process for choosing which accounts to work with. Use account data models to find the best ways to get involved and grow.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept involved and understand what’s happening with the program. Make sure campaigns are done on time and that the Sales team follows up on accounts/leads in a timely way.
• Use data and industry best practices to provide in-depth analysis, insights, and interpretation, optimizing programs and plays for target accounts to support our
expansion in environmental and regulatory sectors.
• Be accountable for driving target account engagement, pipeline, and revenue goals, contributing directly to Sedex's strategic growth objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
• Successfully created and implemented marketing programs that increase demand and build customer relationships. These programs include email, digital, direct mail, events, webinars, and more.
• Experience in marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions, particularly in sectors
related to environmental impact, partnerships, and regulatory compliance.
• Comprehensive skills in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense and marketing activation channels.
• A deep understanding of pipeline and account engagement analytics, with strong
commercial acumen.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, be creative, efficient, and productive.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience running competitive campaigns is a plus.
