The role
As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you will be responsible of developing and implementing inbound marketing and content strategies aligned with overall business goals. This includes overseeing content creation and distribution, conducting audits and research, and continuously evaluating and optimising performance to improve results. You will be working with external agencies to grow engagement and marketing responses through high-quality, engaging content.
The primary objective is to drive business growth by attracting, engaging, and nurturing prospects and customers through effective inbound marketing and content strategies. You will create valuable content for customers, applying strong SEO expertise to optimise on-site and off-page performance, while managing marketing automation across email, content, and social channels.
Please note that this is an initial 12/14 moths Fix-Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement inbound marketing and content strategies that align with the organization's overall marketing goals.
· Create and distribute high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across multiple channels.
· Conduct market audits & analyse data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic development.
· Oversee development and execution of inbound marketing strategies in collaboration with acquisition leadership.
· Integrate and align strategies with other marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
· Monitor/measure success of inbound/content initiatives using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
· Continuously evaluate/optimize inbound/content strategies to drive improved results.
· Plan/execute corporate event programs to drive sales in the field.
· Provide training/support to sales teams on marketing initiatives, messaging, and positioning.
· Monitor/measure the success of field marketing initiatives using metrics such as event attendance, lead generation, and pipeline impact.
· Manage meeting/resource schedules for website content projects and activities.
· Audit/analyse competitor websites & provide observations/recommendations based on findings.
· Perform content audits across sites & identify issues & opportunities for optimization.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of inbound marketing.
• Experienced Marketing professional with a university degree in business or marketing-related field.
• Proven track record of running corporate events, budget management, and strategic thinking to develop and execute marketing strategies for growth.
• Highly skilled at content creation across multiple formats, data analysis, project management, collaboration, communication, agency management and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with keyword research, WCM systems, metadata taxonomy management principles & tools, HTML knowledge and SEO techniques.
• Able to manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies while working with cross-divisional teams on campaign activity.
• Possess strong problem-solving capabilities through multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines as well as consensus-building skills for working with different teams.
• Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
• Experience creating and implementing proven successful, inbound marketing
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present to stakeholders, and communicate with customers.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms.
• Possess specific industry experience depending on the company's industry and target audience.
