How we’ll get to know you

Screening call
Our Talent Team will take the time to learn more about your experience, motivations, and overall fit for the role, while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about life at Sedex.

First interview
You'll have the opportunity to meet with the Hiring Manager for a more in-depth discussion about the role, the team, and how it fits within the broader organization. It’s also a chance to explore your background, skills, and experience in greater detail.

Final interview
In this final stage you may be asked to prepare a role play, task, or case study designed to reflect real aspects of the role. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills, problem-solving approach, and how you think in action.
