My name is Catrina, and I work as a Product Manager at Sedex. Joining Sedex nearly four years ago has been an incredible journey, one filled with growth, learning, and meaningful experiences.

Before Sedex, I had the opportunity to work across various organisations, from a small sustainability tech start-up to a large UK retailer. Each experience was valuable, but it wasn’t until I joined Sedex that I truly found the ideal environment to develop, nurture, and grow my career.

What I’m most proud of at Sedex is our ability to scale significantly without compromising on our core values and culture. In the tech department, collaboration isn’t just encouraged—it’s essential. Together, we work tirelessly to deliver the platform and features our clients need.

One of the things that continues to amaze me is the willingness of my colleagues to go above and beyond the remit of their roles. Whether it’s helping me improve my understanding of social responsibility or offering a fresh perspective on a challenging problem, the support I receive here is unparalleled. This level of mutual respect and cooperation has been instrumental in my success.
