Farzana Bibi, Account Manager (Started as Sales Support Executive)
I joined Sedex right after graduating from university through a graduate scheme, unsure of what to expect or how long I’d stay. Now, six years later, I’m still here and have no plans to leave anytime soon! From day one, I was surrounded by colleagues who were invested in my success. During my first year, I made significant progress, and Sedex has consistently provided me with challenging opportunities that have helped me grow and demonstrate my ability to adapt. I'm especially grateful to my manager and director, who constantly encourage me to be my best and support my continuous development. I'm excited to see where my journey with Sedex will lead next.
Manuel Jorge, Account Manager (Started as a Customer Operations Specialist)
Transitioning from the COS team to the Account Management team at Sedex has been an incredibly positive experience for me. After spending two years honing my skills in COS, I gained a deep understanding of Sedex's operational side and our customer profile. This foundation allowed me to seamlessly shift into Account Management, where I now have the chance to build stronger client relationships and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
The move has enabled me to leverage my prior knowledge while learning new strategies to enhance client satisfaction and commercial expansion. I’ve also felt incredibly supported in my professional growth, with opportunities to expand my skill set and take on new challenges. Overall, it has been a very rewarding journey of progression and learning at Sedex.
Youssef Radouani, Senior Ethical Trade Coordinator (Started as Customer Success Executive)
When I joined the Customer Success team, I quickly immersed myself in understanding our client needs and the overall dynamics of the business. Through hard work and commitment to delivering excellent results, I proved my worth and showcased my potential.
As I grew in the role, it became clear that my passion and skills aligned more with the ETC team. Thanks to my determination and the support of my colleagues, alongside Sedex's internal promotion program, I successfully transitioned into a new role where I continue to make an impact. I’m proud to contribute to Sedex’s mission and look forward to driving even greater success for the company.
Callum Richardson, Product Support Coordinator (Started as Product Delivery Coordinator)
When I first joined Sedex as a Product Delivery Coordinator, I had a keen interest in ESG but no formal experience. I gained a deep understanding of our business needs and built strong relationships. After expressing my interest in a new opportunity at Sedex, I was encouraged to apply for an internal position. With the support of my manager and access to in-house training, I transitioned into the role of Product Support Coordinator. Now, I’m leading the PRQ process that helps resolve issues on our platform, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a company that recognises and nurtures its employees’ potential.
